THE PORTS (APPOINTED DATE) ORDER, 2006
1. This Order may be cited as the Ports (Appointed Date) Order, 2006.
2. The 1st day of July, 2006 is hereby appointed to be the "Appointed date" for the
purpose of Part XIII of the Ports Act, 2004.
